About

For basement finishing work in Roussillon, Promett is one of the local options homeowners can reach on NeedReno. "Basement waterproofing" is a common search in Roussillon; Promett covers it. Whether the job calls for drywall, flooring and trim and basement suite or in-law layout, the aim is work that lasts and a tidy site at the end. Beyond basement finishing, Promett also does home addition — useful when a job spans both. Work like this often starts after you are out of usable space and the basement is dry and sound. On a normal project the crew handles moisture and rough-in and insulation and drywall. That covers basement suite or in-law layout, egress windows and exits and framing and insulation, among other basement finishing work. What a job costs depends on things like size and layout complexity and moisture and structural prep, which is why an on-site quote beats a phone estimate. It is worth checking licence, insurance and recent reviews before hiring any basement finishing contractor.
