What impressed me most was their knowledge of the networking side; our previous house had constant Wi-Fi dead zones and buffering, and this house has rock-solid coverage in every corner including the backyard. Once the part arrived, though, they finished quickly and the commissioning was flawless. Their pricing was competitive for a system of this size, and the ongoing monitoring service has been reliable.
